The Professional Diploma in Management Talents Training is a program specially designed for young adults who lack practical management experience but aspire to join the management profession at an accelerated pace. The course will cover seven topics: Presentation, Interpersonal & Interview Skills; Public Relations & Negotiation Skills; Co-ordination Skills & Management Decision Related Common Sense; Financial Reports Analysis in Management; Entrepreneurship & Role of Budgeting in Management Monitorship; Investment Theory & Application; and Grasping & Analyzing Market Opportunities.

Lecturers with ample management experience will lead students to participate in various group discussions, case analysis, role play, etc, enabling them to master the science of management in a highly interactive setting and get well-prepared for the management profession.

To cater to the blooming beauty and slimming industry in Hong Kong, AMEC has introduced the Professional Diploma in Diet and Nutrition Management for incumbent professionals or those who wish to join the beauty and slimming profession to deepen their understanding towards nutrition. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to comprehend the needs of different customers, and hence provide corresponding services.

Besides introducing the latest knowledge in nutrition, the course will also lead students to explore ways to regulate diet and achieve optimal slimming result with the infusion of Chinese and western medication. Apart from presenting students with the concepts in the aforementioned areas, the course will also assist those in management positions in the cooperation with medical professionals such as Chinese and western medical practitioners and registered nutritionists

Students completing the course are eligible to enroll in the exam for the CIBTAC Diet and Nutrition Diploma and become nutritionists at beauty/slimming centers or health foods companies.
