Bucks New University has a history dating back to 1893 and has grown from an art and design school, to a college of further education and a university college before achieving university status.
We are, and have always been an innovative and forward thinking institution that moves with the times and this is reflected in the ethos of our university.
Buckinghamshire New University Master of Business Administration The Buckinghamshire New University MBA program is designed to help you meet the challenges facing managers in the global business environment. It will develop your critical and strategic thinking and equip you with the necessary tools for solving problems. As our MBA student, you will find yourself becoming more competitive and sought-after in the market.
The MBA comprises three stages. The first stage provides a foundation in the different business functions so that you can get a good understanding of finance, operations, marketing and human resources. Stage two of the programme develops your strategic thinking in relation to the market and the organisation whilst Management Science ensures that aspects of modeling, systems thinking and forecasting are not neglected. The MBA culminates with the dissertation in stage three. This is probably the most exciting stage of the MBA programme enabling you to undertake an applied business research project from a strategic perspective on a topic that fits with your own career aspirations or that of your business sponsor.
